* Mission Statement *

The Huntington City Mission is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian organization established to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of all individuals in its care.  To that end, every guest will be given the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel, to grow in their relationship with God, and to achieve personal goals through an individualized plan designed to aid them in achieving self-sufficiency.

Why and how the work of the Mission has been so successful over the years is no surprise to our supporters.  Simply put, it is because of our faith in God and commitment to helping the “least, last and lost.”  This is our mission - indeed, our mandate.  Since the inception of the Mission, it has never changed in our 70 year history.  After all, with God’s help, “all things are possible.”

We can and do offer help and hope to everyone who comes to our door... Hope for a safe place to sleep, hope for a warm meal and hope for a better future as we share the love of Christ with each other.
